Who says you can’t have your cake and eat it too?

This is a favorite little treat – 
Simply slice about ten strawberries [[38 calories] 
and toss with a packet or two of Splenda [or whatever sugar substitute you prefer] – 
Then spoon onto a dessert shell [80 calories] and 
Top with a couple of tablespoons of whipped cream!
[This is 4 TBSP = 30 calories – reddi whip in the can.]

So – yay!

A great little treat for less than 150 calories.
